“In 1974, Don Cesar Pavlovich Sugich founded the first Palominos restaurant in Sonora, with a clear vision: to offer the most exquisite cuts of meat in a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. Since then, we’ve maintained the tradition of carne asada and the select cuts that made the region famous..

Over the years, Palominos has become the benchmark for Sonoran cuisine in Mexico. Thanks to the quality of our ingredients, the use of traditional charcoal grilling techniques with mesquite wood, and our dedication to every dish, we continue to win the hearts of our customers.
